Loose Leaf Flavored Black Tea

This blend of Indian black tea and black currant pieces will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized and ready to take on the day. With a hint of blackberry leaves to round out the flavor, this tea is everything you need to get through the day. Of all nature's fruits, the black currant is the smallest, but the flavor it brings to tea is not only sweet, but also hearty and smooth.

Ingredients: Black tea, currants, blackberry leaves, natural and artificial flavor

Steeping Guide:

Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 1 tsp

Water Temperature: 195F

Steep Time: 3-5 minutes

    Fragrant and Fruity Tea

Posted by Craig on Feb 2nd 2026

Open a bag of this and you will get a very pungent and fruity aroma. I was not expecting the berry taste of it. I guess I was thinking of dried currant. This is more like the fruit that is a berry. Anyways, very fruit forward black tea. I am enjoying it for sure.

Delicious tea! I’m ready to order again. I want my regular mefium size and will want a couple small bags to use as gifts for other tea drinkers. I hope it’ll be back in stock soon.

Posted by Shirley Lucore on Mar 23rd 2025

Black Current # looseleaf tea is my all-time favorite of tea in a lifetime of tea drinking. I found it at your store once when we were in Pittsburh for a medical appointment. We have since moved to Florida and I’ve been buying it online. Until today: “Out of stock. “ please restock and if possible let me know! I tend to buy a large quantity at a time to save on shipping I keep Unopened bags in a Ziploc bag in my refrigerator. It Stays fresh and delicious.
