This is the singular most unique coffee we have ever had! If you or a loved one considers themselves a "coffee snob" you can NOT miss out on trying our micro lot Colombian Geisha Honey Processed Coffee. Limited quanitity available this holiday season, when it's gone, it's gone!
Prestogeorge Coffee & Tea is proud to bring in our very first Geisha (or Gesha) varietal. Unlike any other coffee we have in stock, this coffee is cultivated from a special coffee plant that originated in Ethiopia's Geisha Village. This coffee plant produces coffee that has an aroma and taste that will not be anything remotely similar to your usual cup of joe. Boasting huge berry and fruit forward notes that will have you wondering if we added flavoring to the beans (which we can assure you, we did not!). It is pleasantly tart on the tongue from its lighter roast profile, and floral on the finish. This is your resident coffee connoisseur's dream, and makes an amazing gift!

History of Geisha Coffee
Geisha coffee, originally discovered in Ethiopia’s Gori Gesha region, is a varietal that has captivated coffee enthusiasts worldwide for its unique origins and growing conditions. The plant itself, Coffea arabica, is known for its high altitude preference, thriving at elevations between 1,200 and 2,000 meters, where the cooler temperatures and abundant rainfall create optimal conditions for its development. Introduced to Panama in the 1960s and popularized in the early 2000s, Geisha is celebrated not only for its rare genetic lineage but also for its resilience and adaptability, making it one of the most prized and sought-after coffees globally. Often considered one of the best coffees in the world, Geisha offers a luxurious and unforgettable coffee experience for connoisseurs.
