French Roast is one of our most popular dark roasts. You could even call it Italian Roast Espresso Jr., because it is roasted slightly lighter than our Italian roast. One of the most popular and well-known roasts in the world, our French roast is taken to the end of the second crack while roasting. The second crack is when the cell walls of the coffee beans start to break down and release the coffee's natural oils. This gives you a robust spicy and chocolate noted coffee with a little less zing than its older brother. This is Prestogeorge’s second darkest coffee.

I have been buying this coffee for years, it is my favorite. I don't get to the Strip often so I love the ability to have it shipped! My sister lives in Florida and she also has Her favorite shipped to her. This is a great store with flavors that you won't get elsewhere!
