Guatemala Jazmines Coffee

Once a year our suppliers in Guatemala go on a hunt to find a select a few coffees to be called Jazmines. While the profile changes year to year coffees are chosen for their unique characteristics which best represent Guatemala. This selection, from the Pacaya Volcano region, is grown at high altitude with lower temperatures which produce a slower maturing fruit with a denser bean; which creates a very desirable Guatemalan specialty cup. These beans are brought here and roasted full city (mild roast) to perfection giving you the finest taste of Guatemala right in your own home. Deep, mellow, fruity, juicy coffee with bright acidity. Full-City Medium Roast.
