J.P. Hearty Blend Coffee

JP Hearty is my favorite morning blend. It has just the right amount of bold flavor, without being too strong. Give it a try; there is nothing like it on the market, and you will never go back to anything else.

I have been buying coffee beans from Prestogeorge for many years, both from the location in The Strip and online (I live out of state). The quality is consistent, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The coffee industry has been hit hard recently, driving prices up, but Prestogeorge coffee is worth it to me and I will be a customer as long as they are in business.

40 years ago a young man stumbled into a little strip district coffee shop intoxicated by the aroma wafting outside. A n older apron clad gentleman attending a chitty bang bang type machine kindly educated me on small batch roasted coffee.. realizing I never had ventured past Folgers instant coffee , recommended the Jo hearty blend.. asking who it was named after he beamed and said your looking at him! 40 years later I still look forward to waking up in the morning to a freshly brewed cup of Jo hearty blend coffee . I’ve tried hundreds of coffees around the world . This is still the one that does it for me

This is the coffee you want in your cup every morning. My husband and I drink this daily as our go to bean. Guests come to my house and want to know what I brewed, I have sent this to friends out of town and they start a subscription! You cannot go wrong with JP HEARTY!!

I LOVE Prestogeorge coffee. I can't drink anything else. Seriously, I travel with it. Not just JP Hearty, I love many of the roasts that Prestogeorge provides. Your search for the best tasting coffee is over!

We had the good fortune of visiting Pittsburgh and stayed in a wonderful Airbnb that had the JP Henry available to us. The coffee was so good that I had to contact the Airbnb owner and ask where they got this so I could bring some home. I am now ordering online regularly and I am hooked

Our favorite coffee, the perfect blend of medium and dark roast, full of rich flavor and very smooth

For me, this is a perfectly-balanced morning coffee. Medium roast and 80% sumatra means that it's a nice mild cup to start that day. The 20% vienna gives the flavor a little more oomph but not too much for first thing in the morning. 20 years ago, I entered Prestogeorge for the first time, knowing very little about coffee, other than that I didn't like it to taste burned, like at a certain other well-known coffee chain. The nice gentleman at the counter asked me some questions about the coffee flavors that I liked. He started me on 100% sumatra and said, "Come back next week and tell me what you think". The next week, I asked for something similar but with slightly bolder flavor. He suggested this JP Hearty blend and I was hooked. Another week later, I returned and told him this is the best coffee I'd ever tasted. I asked him, "Who is J.P.?". He beamed at me and said "that's me". I am so incredibly fortunate that I John was my expert guide through the world of coffee for the 10 years that I lived in Pittsburgh. I've since moved out of state but we place an order every month and always include a pound of JP Hearty in our selection.
