Our Mocha Java blend is a classic. Widely known as the first and most famous coffee blend around the world. The original recipe dates to the 17th century, where trade ship sailors would mix the two coffees to get the best out of each bean. The Indonesian Java bean is a little savory, while the Yemeni Mocha is sweeter. Today, Yemen Mokka is very difficult and expensive to source and rarely found in the United States. So, our master coffee roasters have taken the time to find a worthy bean that imparts the exact flavors a Mocha Java blend is famous for. These beans come together to make a well balanced, and nuanced brew. The flavors are a complex mix of nuts, chocolate, fruit and butter. All mixed up and ready to please.
