Da Hong Pao is one of the most famous, high-quality teas produced in the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian province of China. The long, twisted leaves have a lovely orchid fragrance. As a semi-oxidized oolong tea, the taste is exquisite, with a surprising woodsy and toasted flavor and a long floral finish. This tea can retain its flavor for more than five steepings.
