Organic Haitian Blue Coffee

Prestogeorge Coffee Co.'s Organic Haitian Blue coffee derives from a cooperative in the Norde Region of Haiti. The cooperative is run by an old Haitian man who used to be a physics professor in Port Au Prince. The cooperative is working on a reforestation effort called the "own-a-tree" project and employs about 30% female farmers and workers. This organic coffee is a Blue Mountain varietal that is completely shade grown (which is rare for Haiti) at an elevation of 1200 m asl. Very mild and mellow with no acidity or bitterness.
