ORGANIC HERBAL BERRY ESSENCE TEA
This is a great tea hot or served as a sun tea chilled. During the warmer months I make as an iced tea in a masin jar out in the sun with lots of honey. It is well balanced with the hibiscus on the top note adding just the right amount of tart. The chamomile is calming and delicious but well suited to the bottom notes with the red rooibos. The berries fit perfect in the middle note with the rose hips without over powering the hibiscus. Simply delicious.
