Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
Description: Rosemary, most popular for adding flavor to foods such as meats, salads, vegetables and soups, has many more benefits. The herb itself contains vitamins A, B-Complex, C, iron, is rich in minerals and contains rosmarinic acid which contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agents.
Infusion: Add one teaspoon of dried rosemary and one teaspoon of green tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for five+ minutes and strain. Drinking rosemary as a tea will help extract all of the healthy goodness this herb provides.
