Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 2 tsp
Water Temperature: 210F
Steep Time: 5-7 minutes

Fantastic
I've bought tea like this all over the place but keep coming back to this one. It has the perfect balance of lavender and really does make you sleepy. Truly the best!
