Subscription FAQs
When signed in, you can access “Your Account” which has all options to edit your account information, including a “My Subscriptions” menu, where all your current and past subscriptions will be. Click “View” on the subscription you would like to edit, and on the right top corner of the next page will be a dropdown menu with all the available options to manage the current subscription product you are on. Plus, we are always available to help, just give us a call during our open hours or email us at customerservice@prestogeorge.com.
On average, you can expect to recieve your package within a week of your billing date. We do our best to ship 1-2 days from your billing date, and you can expect 1–5-day shipping time (depending on how far the package is shipping from Pittsburgh). For example, if you place an order today on a cycle of 1 month (4 weeks), exactly 4 weeks from today is when your order will renew in our system, and it will take us 1-2 days to fill your order and another 1-5 days after that for the postal service to deliver it.
Subscriptions are on an individual product level, but if you put several items in the same cart with the same exact subscription cycle, all the products will appear on the same subscription order.
