Thyme has a warm, peppery flavor that goes especially well with rosemary, oregano, and garlic. Dried thyme leaf is added to tea blends, soups, stews, and sauces. Thyme is excellent in scrambled eggs, omelets, and quiche. The herb is also good with cheeses, spreads, and dips.
