Loose Leaf Semi-Fermented Tea

A rolled tea from China's largest tea growing region. Ti Kwan Yin Oolong has an intense aroma, a fruitness that gives it a light sweetness, and depth of flavor that lingers on the palate. It is also a semi-fermented tea, halfway between green and black. However its unique flavor and brewed color of a pale golden is closer to that of green tea. It is delicious both hot and iced!

Steeping Guide:

Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 1 tsp

Water Temperature: 175F

Steep Time: 2-3 minutes

Oooo Yea Oolong

This tea will set you up for a fantastic day. Mellow and slightly earthy aroma. It partners well with chilly days, shoveling snow, and early morning jaunts. Add a bit of Cherry Sencha green tea for when want to mix it up a bit.

Great, smooth and well balanced tea. Very hard to find consistent oolong like this anywhere else.
