Water Temperature: 195F

Pungent and Fruity bold black tea
I have been a big fan of apricots since I was a kid, so I had to give this tea a try. The scent of this tea is fruit forward and powerful. The flavor reminds me of peach tea. It is sweet, tart taste with a quite a sharp bite of bitterness at the end of the sip. I don't mind the bitterness, in fact I enjoy it quite a lot. It is certainly a great tea, but I was looking for the apricot taste, which it is missing. It is nice that they added marigold petals, lime leaves and blackberry leaves. I am sure there are some medicinal benefits to those additions. You will enjoy this tea. I think they might want to visit the drawing board to make a tea that really tastes like apricots.
