Derived from one of the finest estates in India, this Harmutty Estate Assam makes an excellent sweet and rich cup. The Harmutty Estate is one of the oldest tea gardens in India and produces some truly outstanding teas. The fine leaves and gold tips give this black tea its complex and malty smooth flavor.

Water Temperature: 195F
Steep Time: 3-5 minutes

Gold Tipped Assam from Harmutty Estate
This is a full bodied black tea and one of my absolute favorites. It has a complex flavor and is not bitter when brewed with 200 degree F water (don't burn it!). Highly recommended!
