Ingredients:
Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, natural French vanilla flavor, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds. Caffeine Free.
BOIL
Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil.
STEEP
Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag.
ENJOY
Sweeten if desired and enjoy.
