Chunmee is a curled Chinese green tea that is much sweeter and lighter-bodied than many green teas. It has a distinctive plum-like flavor and buttery taste that can only be achieved by the right blend of quality tea leaves and the right brewing temperature.

Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 1 tsp
Water Temperature: 175F
Steep Time: 2-3 minutes
