Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
Sweet pleasant cup with delicate herbaceous notes. Light fruity finish. Rooibos is laden with vitamins and minerals and an excellent source of polyphenols. Unlike Red Rooibos tea, Green Rooibos tea leaves are prepared by interrupting the natural fermentation and oxidization process of the tea just after it's selected. Green rooibos has a higher span for antioxidants than fully oxidized rooibos.

Green Rooibos
This is delicious. It’s milder than dark rooibos, and comforting to drink in the evening. I add a little soy milk to cool it. I’m told it has greater antioxidant properties than darker rooibos, too. I highly recommend it.
