Decaf Antigua Guatemala Swiss Water Process Coffee

Prestogeorge Coffee and Tea’s Swiss Water processed Decaf Antigua Guatemala Coffee is roasted to a perfect medium-roast by our master roasters. Grown in the volcanic soil of the Antigua region of Guatemala, which is known to produce the smoothest coffee with a spicy and round flavor. Well-balanced in flavor and acidity with a mellow medium body. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.
