Prestogeorge Coffee and Tea’s Swiss Water processed Decaf Peru is an organic and fair trade certified coffee that is mild yet flavorful with nutty notes and a medium body. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.
