Prestogeorge Coffee and Tea’s Swiss Water processed Decaf Sumatra Mandheling derives from a bean from the Indonesian Islands and produces a syrupy rich and smooth cup of coffee. We roast this coffee Full City to create a mild, balanced, and low-acidic brew. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.

Great Coffee
I've read in multiple places that the Swiss Water Process is a great way to get the caffeine out of coffee. I love coffee and can't handle the caffeine as I used to. I ordered the whole beans to give grinding at home a try. Flavor is great. The decaf selection is incredible. I'm going to work my way through the selection here before deciding on my favorites.
