DEMERARA SUGAR
INDIA TREE Demerara Sugar from Mauritius is a large-grained, granulated cane sugar with a light amber color and mild molasses flavor. This sugar comes from the island of Mauritius. Mauritius is an island nation in the Indian Ocean about 1,200 miles off the southeast coast of the African continent, east of Madagascar.
