There are other ways to put kiwi to good use besides garnishing a pavlova. This syrup is one of them. Whip up a mocktail or soda and imagine you're in New Zealand – or anywhere really. Just be happy you're enjoying the pleasantly mellow flavor of a freshly peeled kiwi.
