This is a First Quality Organic Chinese green tea. Each leaf is rolled into a tiny, compact pellet which imparts a penetrated flavor. It brews a deep amber color and has a light, slightly sweet flavor, with an aroma that is both fresh and bright.

Water Temperature: 175F
Steep Time: 2-3 minutes
