Loose Leaf Green Tea
Sencha is a very popular green tea from Japan and accounts for 80% all tea produced there. As opposed to the pan fired method of drying that many Chinese green teas employ, this Japanese tea is steamed after picking. It is a sweet, mild tea with bittersweet grassy notes.
Steeping Guide:
Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 1 tsp

Not very good
Sorry to say it, but this is not very good. It's not the bright green I expect from sencha, more olive colored. It doesn't smell grassy or fresh, more like dry hay. Not to my taste.
