Loose Leaf Green Tea
Sencha is a very popular green tea from Japan and accounts for 80% all tea produced there. As opposed to the pan fired method of drying that many Chinese green teas employ, this Japanese tea is steamed after picking. It is a sweet, mild tea with bittersweet grassy notes, a classic clean astringency and slight umami-savory.
