Description: Wild Elderberry, medically known as Sambucus Nigra, contains lots of vitamins, aids in weight loss and has lots of amino acids that have been known to boost your immune system and help prevent disease and colds. Along with many other health benefits, this famous berry is often baked in pies, prepared as jam and used for cordials.

Elderberry Tea: Add 1-2 tsp crushed Elderberry per cup of boiling water. Steep for five minutes. Crushed Elderberry can also be added to other herb and fruit teas.
