Decaf Sumatra Mandheling Swiss Water Coffee- derives from a bean from the Indonesian Islands and produces a syrupy rich and smooth cup of coffee. We roast this coffee Full City to create a mild, balanced, and low-acidic brew. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.
Decaf JP Hearty Blend- our very own master roaster, John Prestogeorge, created this notorious blend of 80% Decaf Sumatra Mandheling and 20% Decaf Vienna Roast over 30 years ago. This hearty coffee remains our most popular blend today.
Decaf Colombian Supremo Swiss Water Coffee- one of the world’s most popular coffees roasted to perfection by our master roasters. Well-balanced in flavor and acidity with a mellow medium body. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.
