This coffee is our brightest and lightest decaf, while still remaining smooth in its crisp cup. You'll find the notes of citrus and berry that Ethiopian Naturals tend to have, with a clean chocolate nuttiness in the finish.
The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss water process developed by the Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee Company. This method uses hot water, as opposed to solvents, to wash, soak and remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans while still leaving the delicious flavor.
