I'm relatively new to drinking coffee (tea has been my caffeinated drink of choice most of my life), so I'm working my way through single origin coffees to find out what I like. I LOVE this coffee. I gravitate toward teas that have a dessert sort of vibe, but haven't liked any coffees with those sort of descriptions (they all seem to have an earthy, mushroom-y aftertaste that's just not my thing). Instead, I find I really like ones that are described with a fruit undertone. This one is my favorite so far. I keep thinking about blueberries while I drink it, even though it doesn't taste like blueberries at all.
