We take the same strictly hard beans from our Costa Rica Tarrazu, and roast them even further. This gives a nice medium to dark roast for a little extra flavor kick in the morning. You will still get an exceptionally smooth cup of coffee, with a slightly more pungent roast flavor. This is also one of the beans in our best-selling dark roast, the Cuban Blend.
